The library at present has a collection of 17887
books. The library subscribes to 14 journals 15 magazines and 10 newspapers. Books are arranged on the shelves according to Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC), a scientific scheme of classification. This type of arrangement will help to keep the books on the same subject together with those on related subjects coming next to them. Open access facility is provided in the library to help the reader browse the stack and select the books of his/her choice.

Computerization
The library is fully automated and its all functions and services use the open-source Integrated Library Management System (ILMS) called Koha. It was created by Katipo Communications for the Horowhenua Library Trust in New Zealand and supported by the worldwide Koha community. All the books in the library are barcoded. Students are also given barcoded Identity cards. This helps the circulation counter in managing the issue and return system of books smoothly. The Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is one of the important features of the software. Books in the library can be easily located using OPAC.
